4.4 brand identity

4.4 is a tattoo studio based in Milan. It is specialized in dorwork and realistic tattoos. The client’s request was a basic and minimal logo with just the two numbers. The latter suggested the main element of the design: the square, for its 4 equal sides. To give dynamism to the logo the square is rotated by 45 degrees. The square is the distinctive element that constitute the brand identity. The color palette is strictly black and white to follow the tattoo style of the resident artist. The lettering used is a geometric sans serif character, that matches with the linear shapes of the logo.
